真是很无语，两封一个说失败一个说成功，想着登录进去看看，登录也登不进去，网页报错：

真是够了，打电话，他们说这属于technical 的问题：给我了一个email地址：ApplyOnlineE-Support@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk
发信问，对方说好的，我们已经安排人帮你看这个登录问题了，然后到今天为止已经看了10天了，也没修好
对我来说我现在不知道我的预约到底成功没有，别我到时候去了，他们说我预约失败，
我打电话问，他们说他们查不了，发email问，他们说让我等login修好了回复我
我现在有点想死，这算什么，到时候还是修不好我到底是去还是不去？
我自己的理解是应该是预约成功了，要不然reference number是怎么生成的呢？
顺便问一下，就算可以登录进去，里面有什么需要打印带着的吗？ 我可不可以带着那封成功的预约email，完了手动填表，完了带着supporting documents当天去申请？谢谢大家帮忙！
